Weak Wi-Fi or slow internet? Start with the problem
Understanding the difference helps you discuss the right solution before buying more equipment.
Where does the problem occur?
Note the rooms or areas where connectivity drops, when it happens and how many devices are in use. Different performance across a building can relate to coverage, obstacles or access point placement, and needs an on-site assessment.
Separate local coverage from the provider connection
Access points provide wireless connectivity inside the premises, while the external internet connection depends on the provider and plan. A new device does not address every cause of slow performance; both sides need to be reviewed.
What does a site network assessment cover?
An assessment considers the layout, obstacles, user numbers, applications and equipment locations. It helps plan access points, separate employee and guest use where needed, and test practical coverage after installation.
